Another play area situated just off Hanson Road, Athol Park. Fawk Reserve playground's main draw card is the adjacent full size football oval. Home of the Wst Croydon Football Club, the oval is well kept and features full sized goal posts perfect for a kick of the footy or any other ball sports you can think of.
The playground itself is mostly basic but has a rather large rope pyramid that's well worth a visit. You also have accesss to swing sets both nest and standard, two open slides (one larger), flying fox, basic climbing equipment, seesaw and rocker.
There's an outdoor fitness centre also next to the playground if that's your thing,as well as undercover picnic benches with a stainless steel bbq.
